No guarantee of visa approval

Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government or embassy. GAC Advisors does not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit or immigration application. Our role is to prepare, review and submit the strongest possible application based on the information you provide.

Fees

Our service fees are quoted separately from government or embassy fees and confirmed in writing after your free eligibility assessment. Fees are non-refundable once consulting work has begun, except as required by law.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. GAC Advisors is not liable for refusals arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you supply.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAC Advisors is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
